Return Policy

We gladly accept all unwashed, unworn and unaltered merchandise; we must receive your return within 10 days of delivery. (Don’t forget to include all original packaging, too.) you can return your items using any insured and trackable shipping method. The shipping cost is not refundable. We kindly ask that all merchandise remain unwashed, unworn and unaltered, with all original tags intact.**

Sale Return Policy

Sale items may be returned within 7 days for a credit to your original method of payment. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email alerting you that your return is complete.

Final Sale

Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged, and are not eligible for price adjustments.

Refund Process

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

Conditions

Please remember that shipping and handling charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned product must be in brand new condition with all packaging enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them. And all tags have to be attached. eDressit reserves the right to refuse the return if the conditions are not met.

Please record your tracking number if you would like to track your return’s progress to us. Upon mailing, your return will be received and processed in approximately 2-3 weeks.
